All wedding couples receive a 50 page wedding guide, created by Kasey, designed specifically to help you plan and prep for the wedding from a photographers perspective. It covers lighting, locations, timelines, and more!
All couples get custom forms to fill out before the wedding to help Kasey learn more about your love, organize family portraits in advance, and highlight the can't miss moments from your day. You will have multiple meetings with Kasey before your wedding or shoot to make sure your dream photos are truly brought to life.
All packages include sneak peek photos within 48 hours, drone photography (if permitted by local law and weather conditions), unlimited communication for wedding prep & timeline development, high-resolution virtual album, and personal printing rights.
Please note, Kasey does not accept weddings that: take place on a plantation, involve cotton fields, include the use of Native American Headdress, or showcase real fur.

Social causes are deeply important to Kasey (she received her undergrad in Social Work, with a focus on non-profits!) She believes in the importance and impact of socially responsible businesses.1% of all profits from Kasey Powell Weddings goes to Amazon Watch, an incredible 501 (c)(3) organization that protects the rainforest and advances the rights of Indigenous peoples in the Amazon Basin. They partner with Indigenous and environmental organizations in campaigns for human rights, corporate accountability and the preservation of the Amazon's ecological systems.
Kasey Powell Weddings is also paper-free. All contracts, invoices, forms, and photos are delivered digitally. If you are having an Outer Banks wedding, Kasey and crew will be rolling up to you in her very own hybrid Prius!
