There are no better words than 'calm' and 'intentional'  to describe Jen and Drew's love and wedding day. While most of my couples are extremely laid-back and loving people, I think their wedding day was the most relaxed, yet formal event I'd ever documented.

Jen, despite working in health care, is an incredible artist and did a lot of the design elements of her day. She designed and put together ALL of the floral pieces, hand-painted Vueve bottles for her bridesmaids, did her own hair and makeup, designed and put together the printed decor, hand-painted oyster shell ornaments for her guests, and probably even more that I didn't even realize! We all told her how impressive her wedding was and to no one's surprise, post-wedding she launched her own floral business! While the wedding world can be overwhelming for some, for others, its a true calling and there's just nothing like it.

From beginning to end, Drew and Jen smiled, cried, laughed, and danced through their fairytale wedding. The perfect October weather they had didn't hurt either. Cheers to you Jen and Drew, it was an honor to make art from your love!
