Emily and Eric are both very chill, relax, no-fuss kinda people. Their wedding is going to be in-line with that as well however, when daydreaming up their ideal engagement shoot they both said something along the lines of -- 'we just want to feel super cool, like when we look back at these photos in 20,30,50 years, we can remember how awesome we were when we were young and in love.' This gave me full creative freedom to dream up an afternoon where we could make these two create imagery that was exactly that. You can see what came of that below-an afternoon engagement session at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington DC, Virginia, followed by a yummy Mexican dinner and cocktails that warmed us up for a gorgeous sunset on the wharf.
