If my 12 year old self knew that I’d be creating art in the exact same place Lizzie McGuire met Paolo, I would have probably gasped and cried and screamed all at the same time. 

 

After 8 years of traveling to some incredible places around the world, I FINALLY got tired of getting to said places and thinking, "Damn, I really wish I had someone in a wedding dress to shoot here." Every winter I spend about 4 months traveling and, for this winter, I packed up 3 wedding dresses, 2 veils, 1 pair of satin gloves, and now a €15 heart shaped engagement ring, and decided to make the art I have always been dreaming of. 

 

There's a very particular medium of art that inspires me, and that is wedding art. Taking photos of these places with no people, or even with people in a non-wedding setting, just doesn't excite me. There is something about the love and magic a wedding dress or suit creates that brings a landscape alive. It's how I know that this is what I'm meant to be doing with my life.

The photos below were taken over the course an 8 day trip to Rome. Most of these photoshoots were done at sunrise to avoid people! The rest of our days were filled with spaghetti, wine, tiramisu, museums, and lots and lots of sightseeing!
