WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
From intimate elopements to epic ocean-front parties, we get clear on your vision so the beauty and truth of your day are captured authentically and stress-free.
Depending on the size, weddings usually need about 6-10 hours of photo coverage. Additional offerings, like engagement sessions, full weekend coverage, and photobooks, are always optional add-ons! A second photographer is always included. Weddings start at $5.5k.
ENGAGEMENT SHOOTS
Whether we’re grabbing a drink at your favorite bar or rolling around in the sand, this experience is personally crafted to you two. Creating an experience that is both beautiful and fun is the utlimate goal.
Sessions are typically 2 hours, include multiple locations and outfits, and are always planned to encapsulate your vision, preferences, and personal style. An engagement shoot is $1,200 when booked with a wedding, and $1,500 when booked separately.
FILM ADD-ON
Nothing can compete with the nostalgia and rawness of film. You can add film on to any wedding or couples photoshoot if you are a lover of analog.
Film add-on, depending on the amount of time booked, will include 3-6 rolls of 35mm and medium format film. Color and B&W will be used at Kasey's artistic discretion unless specified by you! This also includes film shipment, lab developement, scanning, and digital copies. Negatives can be mailed to you if requested!
Ranges from $350-$750.

WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY
Your wedding film will weave cinematic storytelling together with the raw and candid moments of your wedding day. Think movie trailer meets home video.
8 hours of filming, two videographers, drone video, digital, download and embed link, short film (5-7 minutes), documentary film (60-90 minutes), 3 social media formatted clips, plus ALL raw footage!
$5k when booked with photography,
$5.4k when booked separately.

Personally designed by me, customized to your feedback, and delivered straight to your doorstep. Your album is meant to be cherished for a lifetime and passed down to future generations.

We will jump on a Zoom call to discuss must-have shots, timeline details, family dynamics, and whatever other details I need to be fully prepared for your wedding day!
Wedding Day!

We’ve planned and prepared, now it’s time to immerse yourself in this chapter of your love story. I’ll be there as a supportive and joyful presence throughout the day, offering light direction as needed but hands-off until absolutely required. The rest will fall beautifully and naturally into place.
Final Album Delivered

Within 4-8 weeks, you’ll receive your digital album, filled with all of your wedding memories, high-resolution of course! At the same time, you will also receive an heirloom print album design if you wish to purchase one. If you'd like to order the physical album, we will make sure the design is perfect before it is sent for print!
Sneak Peek Delivered

Within 48 hours, you will have a beautiful sneak peek of your wedding day! This not only gives you some immediate art to share and revel in but, allows you to take a deep breath and have peace of mind that your memories are safe. I promise, I got you.

Following your inquiry, we will connect on a zoom call. This call allows you to share more about you two, your event, and your vision, while also allowing me to answer any of your questions and walk you through some helpful photography info. However, most importantly, this meeting gives us a chance to connect and start building a relationship so we aren't just faceless strangers emailing back and forth. Your comfort with me as a person and our rapport is what will allow me to create the type of art you are dreaming of, art filled with beauty, emotion, and love.

Do you have a second shooter?Yes! My assistant helps me with so much more than being a second shooter, they assist with gear set up, lugging heavy lenses around, filling our empty water bottles , and of course, make sure we are eating plenty of snacks! I believe every wedding photographer should come as a team! There is so much happening and having a second pair of creative hands and eyes in capturing moments and details that I am unable to be is essential. And finally, all art direction and editing is done by me!

How many images do you include?The amount of hours you have me shooting your wedding will ultimately dictate the number of images I will be able to deliver. I do not provide a cut off number as I do not hold any images back! I promise to fully capture and deliver all of the magic of the day. You can expect a minumum of 50 images per hour that I am there.

Do you travel?For weddings north of Corolla and south of Waves, there are varying travel fees based of distanced needed to be traveled! I do travel to all 50 states and all around the world for love. Please note, I do not accept weddings that: take place on a plantation, involve cotton fields or raw cotton, include the use of Native American Headdress, or showcase real fur.

Do you have a shot list?While I tend to have a more off the cuff, candid, and emotionally driven shooting style, we will go over a personalized shot list in advance in order to prioritize what the most important moments for you and your family will be on your wedding day!

How will you capture all of our family photos?Weddings are beautiful for many reasons, one if them is because of it serving as a place where your entire family will be in one place, at one time! Believe it or not, family photos are the most technical part of the day from a wedding photographer's standpoint. We will work together prior to the wedding to build a family shot list so that we can work efficiently and quickly on your wedding day, and so that no combination of loved ones are forgotten!

Do I need an engagment shoot?The engagement shoot not only provides you with some beautiful, non wedding images, it allows us to get to know each other a little bit more, making working together on your wedding day more fun and relaxed! These sessions are about 2-3 hours and can be as formal or laid back as you'd like. Since most of my weddings are destination, half of my couples aren't able to meet me before their wedding, so don't stress about it too much! I can travel to your state for a shoot as well if needed, just let me know!

What happens if it rains?Rain or shine, wet or dry, we'll be there capturing the magic.

What happens if you are sick?Lucky for me, I rarely get sick. I will be at your wedding, no questions asked. However, in the case of some uncontrollable or tragic event, I will do my best to provide a replacement photographer of equal caliber. If I can't make it to your wedding your money will be refunded!

What if we need to cancel/reschedule our wedding or shoot?If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date. However, in the case of a hurricane, tropical storm, or other force of nature not uncommon on the Outer Banks and other coastal areas, Kasey will waive any fee in order to reschedule your wedding date. This is handled on a case by case basis!

What is your policy on taking breaks? Do we need to provide a meal?I may take a few moments during quite times to change some of my equipment, or chat with the wedding planner about the next event, but I like to stay moving as there is always a moment worth capturing! I do require a meal to be provided so that our energy stays as high as it can be for your big day. While some photographers may be able to go 6-10 hours without eating, I am not one of them (I am a snacker)! I do suggest providing the meal directly after the bridal party, most photos of people eating isn't particularly flattering, and this time while your guest are eating allows me to be finished and ready to go for the next event.

Do you retain copyright?Yes, as your professional wedding photographer, I will retain copyright of all your wedding images, however I always provide an official copyright release for you allowing unlimited personal use and printing of your wedding photos. If you would like to submit your wedding photos for commercial use in the future, for example in a bridal publication, I will be happy to work with you to make something like this happen!
